- 4 bedrooms (2x double bed, 2x2 single beds, 1 sofa bed on the gallery for extra bed)

- kitchen fully equipped (e.g. dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine etc.)
- living room with TV, radio, fireplace, dining area

This house has a washing machine - perfect for long stays.

BILLING water & electricity
All prices are exclusive of water, electricity, final cleaning (mandatory).
All our holiday houses have electric heating.
If necessary, bed linen and towels can be borrowed from our reception.
For bookings of at least one week directly via SATAMA, laundry for up to 4 people is included.

Bookings of only 1 night (only possible in B, C and D season)
For bookings of 1 night, we offer a price of 170,- Euro (plus electricity, water, laundry (if desired) and final cleaning).
On weekends, the booking of one night is possible only "last minute" - from Friday of the desired weekend.

The tourist & spa-town Wendisch Rietz charges a tourist tax of 2,00 Euros per day & person.
